Ronald Acuna coronavirus arrest thank you and I also want to Echo what I've seen from Miss Mejia in the chat play I think she said it really well there too to just really think our community to its it's not only the work and effort that's happening here at the school but it's also the efforts from the community because as we all know covid is not happy that you would catch at the school loan you can catch it outside of the school so we're really together as a community working hard doing our part to beat this pandemic in that feels really good so thank you very much to all the families out there and what you see gracias a La Familia por que nuestro exito en Este momento no solamente has parted in the new sotro West Russell specialist in squalor you know they was dead as a part of the lasswell as she was community. muchisimas gracias por hacer que parte de Nuestra Salud de seguridad para estamos juntos en Este pandemic a good news and now for some other updates you may or may not have had a chance to read a letter that was in Greater detail this is to summarize a letter that has been just to all families and all staff and all Scholars here Collins just to update some new developments and in particular my new role so as some of you may know our neighboring school down the street Bloomfield has had a principal bacon see since the summer of 2021 in addition to that they also had another administrator leave they're short-staffed from an administrative standpoint on a positive note while the search continues for a full-time long-term principal Bloomfield has secured what is known as an interim acting principal this interim acting principal is someone who will be supported by me and that is mine role as executive director so as executive director I will be an executive coach and leading basically to school so that's the uniqueness part of this it comes with me being principal of Wrecker for both schools and the big part of my role will be School site leadership development which is primarily coaching Bloomfield interim acting principal it also could include structuring due to financial considerations and I will be also engaging with all stakeholders that students parents and staff at Bloomfield community and supporting with him day-to-day operations it means that I will I'll be splitting my time so the what you should notice from this is that I will be spending about half my physical time at the school here at Collins and a Bloomfield so they'll be some days during the week where I'll be entirely at and some days will be entirely it Bloomfield and then they'll be some days where I'm split half and half sometimes here in the morning sometimes they're in the morning and vice-versa for the afternoon one thing I want to make you extremely clear as I'm talking a lot right now is that I will be continuing as your principal here and I have no plans to leave this wonderful Community this is a temporary situation to really help Bloomfield out in the meantime while they're trying to secure open principal that's the bottom line sorry for that one out there on it okay well I'll maybe I'll meet up with you so I look like I said it's Kayla by Papa ya. our ninth grade population has this fall semester to demonstrate whether or not they achieve a 3.0 or higher so after our fall semester grades are in we look at I got in early January and sometime late January or early February we will have an assembly hopefully we can go beyond the virtual celebration and do it live but we'll see what happens January February it's a good suggestion about
