that's five straight weeks that's a really really great news what that really means is we've had about one to two positive cases in five weeks every week and more often than not one case of at a clap it out the best we can and through a virtual setting that brings us a lot of excitement especially after all the hard work and this lady has done to get to this stage in her leadership she's gone through a very rigorous process that includes simulations performance the home office staff and other school leaders to evaluate her Readiness for the pr roll that's the abbreviated way we call the principal residence feel sure that a lot of pain and ultimately was appointed by our CEO Pablo via asensio what are the big ships that you will begin to notice a little bit more is that Miss Lee will be doing a lot more the day-to-day decision-making and be a lot more forward facing for the principal type moves that you would see me typically jail whereas I will start to do a lot more of a coaching and be a little bit more behind-the-scenes I'm still very excited to continue my role as you know earlier that year I announce that I became executive director of both, guns and Bloomfield on so we're both moving up in our in our different ways and Leadership Miss Lee and I but I'm grateful that while doing that on my end I get to continue to support and spend a significant amount of my time at Collins Collins is so near and dear to my heart I've been in there 10 years but my career as well so I'm glad to continue being there while watching Miss Lee make that final Headway into becoming a principal in the fall so at the end of this year Dr tree peep who is are instructional superintendent and I will come together to evaluate Miss Lee and her Readiness to be principal and that information will be used to determine July 1st principal timeline from Miss Lee we will engage the community in more feedback and input before that decision is made and while doing so I'm I think he throws okay where did I freeze at where'd you hear me last congratulating her and just saying that up that you are happy or with her development and helping her okay well the good news is it's a visual slide deck as much as an auditory one so I hope we've had the time to read through it I'm not sure exactly where I left off but what I really would love to do is just take a moment and just Bean I've been here for 10 years and he has developed and created so much of what I appreciate and so I just want to say as her parents and for families I want to continue that partnership and loving that mr.
