Student Technology Leaders

In 2012, Alliance College-Ready Public School and Generation YES!, a nonprofit based in Olympia, WA, that works nationwide to help schools tap into the power of students to provide solutions to technology integration, partnered in College YES!, a five-year federally-funded Investing in Innovation (i3) grant aimed at improving college and career readiness in high school students.

Student Technology Leaders (STLs) participated in the College YES! program to increase the use of 21st century tools and resources in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) classes at Alliance.

Due to the success of the program, Student Technology Leaders at Alliance Collins Family continue to support the integration of technology in the classroom.
