here today we're excited to spend some time with you this morning to provide some updates are goals today or to give you an update about the school reopening and where we're at with that and to also provide you a tutorial which will help you monitor your child's progress for their grades keeping up on that on attendance as well and then I'll provide you ways in which you can reach out teachers of different people and lots of questions and concerns so we're going to give you a little bit of an update where we're at today we're going to be doing this at least once a month for the duration of conduct some on-site assessments for students with disabilities and some of our English Learners and this was largely due to the fact that conducting he's virtually for some of our students with we're not allowed to that's one part of it and the other side of it is it makes it incredibly difficult and for English Learners that that last part is it exactly true it just makes it very difficult to conduct these assessments virtually so we did that in the fall and we're excited to report that due to the dropping covid-19 switch is outlined on this slide we are now planning to reinstate scholar on site assessment as soon as March 15th which is right around the corner so this will start with our students with disabilities and then an April assuming that we maintain these low covid rates we have information to say exactly when that'll move into Middle School and high school but that's where folks are starting which can kind of help understand the approach it Alliance which is a more conservative approach so we are going to what we're going to do on our end is can you what we already messaged out to families continue improving our at home distance learning program and planning for some on-site activities to occur so you've already heard one which is around assessments for special Haitian and English Learners we are also planning for other opportunities hopefully April or May that consists of tutoring for our students or struggling at can hopefully go to a student that's really struggling things of that nature there's this on the horizon but it's not official yet como se
