Our School Crest

Our crest represents the present and future of the student’s at Alliance Collins Family College-Ready High School. The school’s motto, Sempra Cum Superbia (Always With Pride), sits atop a shield that was designed by student leaders in the school’s first graduating class in 2009.The eye is a symbol of intellect in action. The column shows character and strength. Polaris, also known as the North Star, denotes direction and purpose. The eternal flame is a classical symbol of ideals and traditions. The interconnected links of the circular symbol in the center show the unity of all Jaguars in perpetuity. The ancient symbol of the laurel leaves, which flanks the shield, ennobles ACFCRHS’ mission and vision with victory, success, and excellence.
