The mission of Collins Family’s Culture Committee is to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision making which will improve and strengthen the climate of the school. Culture Committee commits to establishing positive social norms that stand by the R.O.A.R values: Responsibility, Open-mindedness, Awareness, and Resiliency.

The prime focus of our committee is to cultivate young and aspiring leaders. We engage in the innate talents of these young people, and line them in the forefront of issues that deeply inspire them in hopes of providing awareness to issues that are often silenced.
